Updates Regarding COVID-19

05/20/2020 - We are currently operating as normal.

As this pandemic is very fluid, please continue to monitor the CDC and Public Health Department websites.  We will provide updates on daily operation as well.

As the world, our country, and our local community struggle with the spread of COVID - 19, we want you to know that while we are actively doing the things necessary to mitigate the spread of this virus; we are operating as near to normal as we can. Best practices are foremost in everyone's protocols and here is what we must do.

All examiners and staff are instructed to request additional information when scheduling/confirming appointments.

  1. Staff is to ask "In the last 14 days have you exhibited signs of fever or respiratory distress or had close contact with someone who has?"

  2. Staff is to ask "In the last 14 days have you traveled to China, South Korea, Iran, Hong Kong or Italy or had close contact to an individual who has?"

If the proposed insured answers yes to either question we will delay the appointment for 14 days past the diagnosis, contact, or date of travel and advise the client to contact their insurance company.

It is also very important that the proposed insured confirms his or her appointment with one of our staff.  Voice-to-voice confirmation ensures the applicant is in a healthy state to conduct their medical exam.

To allow for social distancing and limit contact in our clinic locations, we ask that applicants arrive no more than 10 minutes before their scheduled exam.

With Kind Regards,
